Criminal Consequences Of School Yard Bullying

The key lesson for young people is, if you are the victim of bullying, don’t take it into your own hands to get revenge.

You can defend yourself, but you cannot attack the bully when you are unprovoked or not in danger. Bullying is very tough to deal with and you have to go to the authorities to document it. You need to contact your parents, contact the principal or your teacher. Schools have zero tolerance of bullying and most have strategies and experts in place to help deal with the issue. All young people going back to school have to be very careful about exposing themselves to certain charges and one charge is being in possession of an illegal substance or weapon at school.

Students may think that they have complete privacy in their locker but that’s not necessarily the case. Their lockers are deemed to be school property, and if the authorities believe they have grounds to search, then the school principal or the authorities can go in and search someone’s locker. To commit fraud means to deprive somebody of something by deceit or a falsehood and to induce a state of mind through a specific course of action. Fraud uses deception to deprive people of things that should be theirs; theft means simply taking something from someone. Self-Defence When A Person Is A Victim Of An Unprovoked Assault
